Norfolk ‘N’ Chance win The South Yorkshire Business League - Spring 2005

Last night (3rd May) Norfolk ‘N’ Chance completed a fantastic season to be crowned The South Yorkshire Business League Champions!
Despite what their name might suggest, Norfolk ‘N’ Chance only lost one game all season in their very first match against the eventual runners-up, Millgate Computer Systems. They then made it nine straight wins - with victory over Dynamo Direct 5-2 in their last match - ending the season an impressive nine points clear at the top of the table.
Norfolk ‘N’ Chance made it a clean sweep of awards with Daniel Bingham being confirmed as the golden boot winner with an impressive season total of 21 goals. He piped fellow team mate Ashley Thornton to the golden boot who ended the season with 19 goals. Plus with team captain Rob Clauge weighing in with 12 goals it shows why Norfolk ‘N’ Chance are league champions!

Well done to all the teams that competed in a fantastic season and the best of luck to all teams in the new season.
The new season kicks off on 17th May. Norfolk ‘N’ Chance will be the team to beat, however, with new teams joining the league and the league being expanded to include more teams, its all set up for another exciting season!
